Global Registration of Hours (bptmm1201m000)
Use this session to register hours for a range of employees, for example, for a public holiday.
Click to use the list of specific employees rather than specifying a range of employees.
- If hours are already present for an employee, LN generates an error report, depending on the Overlap Allowed setting in the Use Assignments (bptmm1204m000) session.
- If the Overlapping Tasks Allowed check box is selected, tasks can overlap. The employee must edit the overlapping hours manually.
- If, in the People Parameters (bpmdm0100m000) session, a transaction type's Direct check box is selected, that transaction type's data do not appear in the applicable session, but are automatically transferred.
