Migration Wizard (bcgct7286m000)

Use this session to execute the list of sessions mentioned in the List of sessions for MigrationWizard (bcgct7186m000) session, in a the specified sequence.

  1. If you are executing the Migration Wizard (bcgct7286m000) session without completing the entire migration process the last time the process was executed, you will see Run Migration Wizard from the stage where it was stopped previously confirmation box.
  2. Click Yes if you want to continue with the migration process from the session, where it was terminated last time else click No to start the fresh migration process by resetting the value in the Executed field to No for all the sessions maintained using List of Sessions for Migration Wizard (bcgct7186m000) session.

  4. After verifying the session list close List of Sessions for Migration Wizard (bcgct7186m000) session and Click Next from Migration Wizard (bcgct7286m000) session - Screen II. Now the first parameter session you have selected is executed.
  5. After you close the first parameter session, you can continue with the next parameter session maintained by clicking the Next option.
  6. You can terminate the migration process for the time being by using the Cancel option.
  7. You can subsequently resume the process by executing Migration Wizard (bcgct7286m000) session. Click Yes in Run Migration Wizard from the stage where it was stopped previously confirmation box.
  8. Click Back to go back to the previous session executed by the migration wizard .
  9. After executing source and target side Conversion Parameters (bcgct0100m000) session, you must execute Generate List of Target Tables Being Converted (bcgct9188m000) session manually at the source side and then continue with the Migration Wizard (bcgct7286m000) session.
  10. When the last post-conversion session is executed,the Finish button is enabled. Click this button to end the migration wizard.
