Archive Workbench Grid
In the grid of the Archiving Workbench (tccom0650m000) based on the
values specified in the Source Company and
Archiving Company of the header, you can view the
list of sessions across all packages that can be archived.
For each session in the list, you can view this information:
- The name of the user who performed the last archiving run.
- The date and time when the last archiving run is last performed.
- If the session is already in use.
- The count of the eligible records that can be archived. The date and time when this count
is updated, is also displayed.Note:
- You can use the option to retrieve the total count of records eligible for archiving for each session in the list.
- Using the Archive Predecessor Sessions List (tccom0554m000) session, you can archive the dependent sessions before archiving the main session.
