(De)activate SCM and Component Management by Package VRC (ttscm0501m000)

Use this session to activate or deactivate the Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Component Management (CM) for selected package VRCs.

You can activate or deactivate SCM and CM for multiple package VRCs at a time. The $BSE/lib/fd<package combination> file is regenerated during this process.

Select the VRCs in the grid and, on the appropriate menu, select Activate SCM (and CM) or Deactivate SCM and CM. The Activate SCM and Component Management by Package VRC (ttscm0110s000) session starts.

Note:

A development VRC must be created from an original VRC before this session can be used.
You cannot activate Software Configuration Management (SCM) for a development VRC.
You cannot deactivate Software Configuration Management for a package VRC that is checked out.
