Activate SCM and Component Management by Package VRC (ttscm0110s000)

Use this session to activate or deactivate the Software Configuration Management (SCM) for a selected package VRC, and to activate the Component Management (CM) for the selected software components.

Select the package VRC for which the Software Configuration Management must be activated and the package VRC that will be used as development VRC.

Note: The system clocks of the servers on which Revision Control System (RCS) is installed, must be set to the exact same time. This prevents problems with the check in process. The revision control system (RCS) cannot check in a software component, if the check in time is set to an earlier time than the previous check in of that component.
