Batches (ttrpi3500m000)
Use this session to maintain batches.

These options are available:
- Sets the Released for Rendering flag to true for the selected records.
- Sets the Released for Distribution flag to true for the selected records.
- Starts the Documents (ttrpi3510m000)session to show the documents belonging to this batch.
- Starts the Release Failures for Retry (ttrpi3215m000)session.
- Starts the Create Distribution (ttrpi3220m000)session.
- Starts the Convert Preview Batch to Distributable Batch (ttrpi3201m000)session.
- Starts the Cancel Batches (ttrpi3221m000)session.
- Starts the Undo Cancellation of Batches (ttrpi3222m000)session.

Allowed values
- Initialized

The batch is created, but no documents are added.
- Preparing

Documents are added to the batch by the LN print session.
- Preparing + Rendering

LN print session is still running, but the rendering of the documents is started already. This is the case when Automatic Rendering is set on the document type and the DOM Scheduler is running ( Document Rendering and Distribution (ttrpi3210m000)).
- Preparing + Rendering + Distributing

Same as Preparing + Rendering, but also Automatic Distribution is set.
- Prepared

LN print session is finished, but rendering is not started. Rendering is not started because Automatic Rendering is not been set or the DOM Scheduler does not run.
- Rendering

Only rendering of documents is busy for this batch.
- Rendering + Distributing

Rendering and distributing of documents is busy for this batch.
- Rendered

Rendering is finished, but distribution is not started. Distributing is not started because Automatic Distributing has not been set or the DOM Scheduler does not run.
- Distributing

Only distributing of documents is busy for this batch.
- Canceled

Batch is canceled. No documents are distributed. To set this status, use the Cancel user action. To change this status, use the Undo Cancellation user action.
- Completed

Batch is completed. Note that a batch will also get the status completed if one of the documents is distributed.
- Preview

If this check box is selected, the batch is a preview batch. You can view a preview of the document how it would be sent to the destination.
You cannot release a preview batch for rendering or distribution. If the preview looks OK, you can convert the preview into a real batch to be distributed in the normal way.
- Processing Priority

Priority to define which batches must be processed first by the Document Rendering and Distribution (ttrpi3210m000) session.
- Released for Rendering

If this check box is selected, the documents in this batch can be rendered.
- Released for Distribution

If this check box is selected, the documents in this batch can be distributed.
- Failures Present

Shows if any error occurred during rendering or distribution.
- Batch Started in Company

The company in which the batch was created.
