Report Rule PDF XMP Properties (ttrpi2132m000)

Use this session to to generate XMP property values for a report rule. The values are generated from a schema; users provide the actual values for Simple-type properties.

Select Schema : Starts the PDF XMP Schemas (ttrpi2107m000) session, where you can select a schema. After selection, all properties of the selected schema are generated as records with their default values.

Note:

Properties of type Array , Ordered Array , or Structure cannot have a value.
Records cannot be added manually; they are generated by using Select Schema .
If XMP data already exists when you select a schema, the question XMP Data is already present. Do you want to reset it ? is displayed. If you confirm, the existing data is replaced.
When you delete a non-Simple property, the question The property is not of type Simple. All child properties will be deleted. Are you sure ? is displayed.
The Value field supports report rule variable references in #variable name# format. Variables are stored in the Variables (ttrpi2530m000) session, a tab in the Report Rule (ttrpi2520m100) session. The Refresh Variables command in the Variables (ttrpi2530m000) session also detects variables defined in the current session.
If the rendering format changes from PDF to another format while XMP data exists, the question PDF XMP Properties defined for the Report Rule will be deleted. Do you want to continue ? is displayed. If you confirm, all XMP data is deleted.

Field Information

Report: The report rule to which the XMP data belongs.
Sequence: The sequence number within the report rule.
Schema Name: The used XMP schema.
Schema Namespace Prefix: The namespace prefix for the schema.
Namespace Prefix: The namespace prefix for the property.
Name: The name of the property.
Value: The metadata value. Maximum length: 255 characters.
This field is editable only for Simple-type properties. Variable references are allowed (#variable name#).
