Import External Report Designs (ttrpi1200m100)

Use this session to import the external Report Designs which are prepared for deployment.

External report designs which are tested and prepared for deployment can be imported into LN. The imported external report designs are stored as additional files and can be distributed as an LN release or PMC solution.

Field Information

Package

Supply the package or range of packages for which external report designs must be imported.

Report

Supply the report or the range of LN reports for which to import the external report designs.

Version

Supply the version of the VRC of the LN reports for which external report designs must be imported.

Release

Supply the release of the VRC of the LN reports for which external report designs must be imported.

Customer

Supply the customer of the VRC of the LN reports for which external report designs must be imported.

Overwrite

Select this check-box to indicate if an external report design must be imported if the additional file already exists. If this check box is cleared the import of an existing external report design will be skipped.

Select this check-box to create a log file. The logfile will contain information about the import process of the report designs within the given range.

Select the Report Server Type.

The code of the Report Server from which to extract the external report designs. The report server description and the folder where the reports are gathered are shown.

Client

Select this checkbox to supply the folder on the client PC from which the external report designs must be imported.
