These variables can be configured for all users and normal users. Own settings can be specified and the usage of specific variables explicitly can be blocked.
Field Information
- Key
-
The name of the resource. Only approved and implemented general resources are allowed. A drop-down list is provided to select the implemented resources. For the actual list of resources and their use, see Tenant key-value pairs.
The session considers these value types for the key:
- Directory: For the value, an existing directory can be specified or selected with the file manager. A check is run to verify if the directory exists.
- File: For the value, an existing file including path name can be specified or selected with the file manager. A check is run to verify if the file exists.
- List: For the value, a zoom option is provided to the Allowed Values for Tenant Key (ttmtm5101m000) session. This session shows the options for the resource in a list. The specified value must be present in the list.
- None: No zoom option or check is provided for the specified value
- URL: No zoom or check is provided for the specified value. If a check or zoom option becomes available, then these are implemented.
- User
-
If a user is specified, the value of the resource is only used by this user. If no user is specified, the resource is valid for all users. Normal users can change only the resource for their own user. Tenant administrators can change all resources.
- Value
-
The value of the resources as used in the software. A zoom is provided that is based on the type of resource.
- Active
-
If this check box is selected, the value is used. If this check box is cleared, the value is not used, as if the resource does not exist.
- Locked
-
This field can only be set by the tenant administrator and if the User field is blank. If this check box is selected, no personal values are allowed for that resource; all personal values for the resource are removed.
