Data Upgrade Engine
Click Data Upgrade Engine to check whether customer data must be updated after the application upgrade. If the customer data must be updated, you must perform a data upgrade run. Confirm the question that is displayed. When you confirm to continue, the data upgrade run is started automatically.
Alternatively, you can handle the run manually through the Data Upgrade Runs (ttspt2500m000) session.
Log Entries
Only the log entries are displayed that are generated by the actual session.
Set Maintenance Mode
To manually set the mode when the tenant applies maintenance such as an application update. The maintenance mode prevents other updates or actions to start simultaneously. After starting and finishing the maintenance action successfully, the maintenance mode returns to the mode the tenant was in previous to the maintenance action.
Be aware that in maintenance mode jobs are no longer activated.
Set Operational Mode
Set the operational mode when no migrations are performed and the tenant is on a valid application version, or the tenant is temporarily frozen. You can switch from operational mode to maintenance mode and back. From operational to migration mode and back is also allowed. A direct transition from maintenance to migration or the other way around is not allowed.

Field Information

Tenant Mode

These three tenant modes are available:

  • Migration

The iterations for the migration are not finished. Application updates are not possible.

The ‘Migration’ mode is automatically set when the tenant starts the migration process. The status can also be set manually in the Initiate and control migration (ttmtm3520m000) session, if the tenant has started a migration before.

A tenant cannot be endlessly in migration mode as this means that the migration server keeps running. This is monitored by Infor and causes extra costs for the tenant.

All tenants that are finished with the migration must start the Initiate and control migration (ttmtm3520m000) session. Click Finalize Migration to change the tenant mode to ‘Operational’.

  • Operational

The normal mode for a tenant. No migrations are done, the tenant is on a valid application version.

  • Maintenance

The tenant is doing system maintenance or is updated by the Landlord.
