Customers (ttiex0150s000)

Use this session to maintain data about the customers to which you deliver software. The data you enter in this session is mainly used as the default in the Delivery Orders (ttiex1100m000) session when you create a delivery order.

Enter the customer code. Next, you enter customer data such as name, address, ZIP code, residence, and country. You can also indicate whether the customer is a software distributor. If the customer is not a software distributor, you must enter the code of the customer's distributor.

You can also enter the default language codes in which the software can be delivered to the customer. The languages in which the software is actually delivered are defined in the Delivery Orders (ttiex1100m000) session.

Finally, enter the machine/operating system for which you want to create the delivery.

Field Information

Customer

The code of the customer for whom you want to define customer data.

The customer code is used to:

  • Define a license code by customer
  • Define the requested system configuration of the customer
  • Create a delivery order for the customer
Name

The customer's name.

Address

The customer's address.

ZIP Code

The customer's postal code.

City

The customer's residence.

Country

The country in which the customer is established.

Dealer

If this check box is selected, the customer is a software distributor. The Dealer Code field is disabled.

Dealer Code

The customer code of the customer's software distributor.

Languages

The default languages of the software which are delivered to the customer.

Note: When you create delivery order lines for the customer in the Delivery Order Lines (ttiex1101s000) session, the Languages field is filled with the default language(s).
Default Machine

The default machine and operating system of the customer. You must define this data in the Machines / Operating Systems (ttiex0160m000) session. In the Delivery Orders (ttiex1100m000) session, this machine is used as the default for the customer's order. This means that the binary tools ($BSE/bin) of the porting set that belong to the default machine are delivered according to the commercial functions of tools.
