Attachments (ttdms2100m000)

Use this session to maintain attachments for LN records.

Note: Document Management based on Microsoft Sharepoint is limited available (LA).

Field Information

Linked to: The key of the record to which the attachment is linked. The key is based on the Used index defined in the Object Types (ttdms1100m000) session.
Show Related Attachments: If this check box is selected, related attachments are displayed.
File name: The file name without path information of the attachment, as it is stored in Sharepoint. The file name should not contain slashes.
Title: The title of the attachment.
Version: The version of the attachment
File size: The size of the attachment.
Related: This check box indicates whether the attachment is a related attachment.
Checked-out: This check box indicates whether the attachment is checked out.
Checked-out: The name of the user that checked out the attachment.
Created: The date and time the attachment was created. The field also displays the user that created the attachment.
Last modified: The date and time the attachment was modified for the last time. The field also displays the user that modified the attachment.
