Sharepoint Parameters (ttdms0100m000)

Use this session to configure the Sharepoint integration parameters.

Note: Document Management based on Microsoft Sharepoint is limited available (LA).

Field Information

Site URL

The URL that LN uses to access Sharepoint.

The site URL is a combination of the Sharepoint server name and the site. For example: http://alpine/erpln_att

Note: The site specified in the site URL must be present in Sharepoint; LN does not validate whether this site exists.

Use generic user

If this check box is selected, you must specify a generic user and a password. When an LN user accesses Sharepoint, the specified credentials for the generic user are used.

If this check box is cleared, you cannot specify a generic user and a password. When an LN user accesses Sharepoint, LN tries to retrieve the credentials of this user from the Sharepoint Credentials (ttdms050) table. If the credentials are not found, the user must specify them in the Enter Sharepoint Credentials (ttdms0250m000) session.

User

The generic user ID that is used to connect to Sharepoint. Specify the user ID in this format: <Windows domain>\<username>

Password

The password of the generic user.
