User Company History (ttams4178m000)
Use this session to keep track on changed user companies. History on user company data is only available if the User Company History check box is selected in the AMS Parameters (ttams0100m000) session.
The history data is generated when the user company data, as available in the User Companies (ttams4161m000) session, is converted to runtime. Every time a user company is converted to runtime, a history record is written with the next Version TAG.
Double-click a record to start the User Company History (ttams4678m000) session, in which you can view the history data of all companies that are linked to the user.
Actions
From this session, you can start these options:
-
Purge User Company History
To purge the company history for a selection of users until a specified date and time. If no history for a company exists after the specified date and time, then the last version tag before the specified date is kept.
-
Check User Company History Hash
The company history contains a calculated hash code based on the user. If data is directly changed in the database, the hash differs from the calculation. History records with this issue are shown on a report.
-
Recalculate User Company History Hash
When an issue with the hash code exists, you must trace the cause of this issue. After solving the problem, you can recalculate the value.
