User Companies (ttams4161m000)

Use this session to define which companies the user can switch to and use (in BIRST). If companies are defined in this session, the companies in the role session authorizations and role company authorizations are ignored.

Actions

These options are available:

User Company History: Starts the User Company History (ttams4178m000) session.

Convert Changes to Runtime DD: Starts the Convert to Runtime DD (ttams2201m000) session.

Field Information

User: The selected user.
Company: The companies that the user can use.
All Companies: If this check box is selected, the user is not restricted in the companies the user can use. The field can only be selected when the company number is 0.
Generated: If this check box is selected, the company is generated from the Enterprise Modeler. The field is display only.
Generation Time: Shows the date and time that the company is generated from the Enterprise Modeler. The field is display only.
Changed: If this check box is selected, the company is added to the user. The field is display only.
Change Date: Shows the date that the company is added to the user. The field is display only.
Change User: Shows the user who added the company. The field is display only.
