Library Authorizations by Library (ttams3152m000)

Use this session to maintain the library authorizations at library level per role.

The library authorizations at library level per role are an exception to the library authorizations at module level and at package level.

You can use the appropriate menu to:

Copy a range of libraries from the data dictionary in the current role.
Convert the changes of the library authorizations to the run-time data dictionary. The library authorizations data of the role is stored in the $BSE/lib/roles/session/<first character of role>/<role code>.

Field Information

Role: Specifies the code of the role.
Role: The description of the role.
Package: Specifies the code of the package, which contains the library for which the user that is linked to the role is authorized to use the library functions.
Package: The description of the package.
Library: Specifies the code of the module, which contains the library for which the user that is linked to the role is authorized to use the library functions.
Program Script/Library: Specifies the code of the library.
Description: The description of the library.
Authorized: If this check box is selected, the user that is linked to the role is authorized to use the functions in the library.
