Report Personalizations (ttadv9507m000)
When you print a report, the most specific personalization in order of user, role, or company, is used, if present. To create a report personalization, use the Report Designer (ttstppersrep ). For details, see the Infor LN Report Designer Development Guide.

These options are available:
- Copy Personalizations to other level
- Starts the session.
- View Model
- Use this command to view the technical XML description of the personalization.
- Regenerate Personalization
- Use this command to compile invalid report personalizations / make a runtime of the latest personalization model from history.
- Disable for User
- If a single personalization on user level is selected in the session, this
command starts the session for the corresponding user.
Otherwise this command starts the session for the current user.

The package code of the report.

The variant code of the personalization. One report can have multiple variants of the personalization at the same level. To add a variant, click Report Designer (ttstppersrep ).

The level on which the personalization applies. User, Personalization Role or Enterprise Modeler Role, or Company level.

The user role or company for which the history records are displayed.
- Description

If the Variant field is blank, then this field shows the description of the report.
If the Variant and Label fields are filled, then this field shows the description of the label.
If the Variant field is filled, but the Label field is blank, then you can specify a description for the variant.

The label to use as description of the variant. You can only specify a label if the Variant field is filled.
- Last Modification Date

The date and time the report personalization was last modified.
- Consistent with Standard Report

Report personalizations must be recompiled after installation of a new or changed standard report. This field shows the status of the personalized report compared to the standard report after compilation of the personalized report.
- Yes: the input fields of the personalized report match with the input fields of the standard report.
- No: the input fields of the personalized report do not match with the input fields of the standard report. The personalized report must be recompiled.
- Invalid after Compile: the report personalization compilation failed.
Note:On-premise customers can recompile the report personalizations manually through the
option in the current session.For cloud customers, after a tenant upgrade, the report personalizations are automatically recompiled when a user prints the report. In case of errors, the compilation output is stored in the ${BSE}\appdata\log folder.

The date and time the report personalization was last compiled.
