Properties (ttadv9252m000)

Use this session to view or modify the properties of the command that you selected in the pane.
Note: This session is displayed as a pane in the session.

For non-standard commands and menus, the Icon field shows the corresponding default icon, if present. You can drag another icon to the Icon field.

Field Information

Type

The type of the item. For example, Command or Menu.

Original Label

The item's original label.

Label

In this field you can specify an alternate label for the item.

Icon

The icon that is attached to the item.

To link an icon to an item:

  1. Select the item in the Toolbar Preview (ttadv9251m000) pane. The properties of the item are displayed.

  2. Complete one of these steps:

    • Drag an image, for example from a Windows folder, to the Icon field.
    • Click the Browse for new image button next to the Icon field to select an image from a folder.
    • Click the Browse library for image button next to the Icon field to select an image from the library.

    The icon is displayed before the form command description in the Toolbar Preview (ttadv9251m000) pane.

  3. To have the icon displayed in the toolbar, set the Display Style to Show as Icon or Show as Icon and Text .
Display Style:

Determines how the item is displayed.

Allowed values

Show as Text

Show as Icon

Show as Icon and Text

Background Color

The item's background color.

Hidden

If this check box is selected, the item is not displayed in the session's toolbar or menus.

If this check box is cleared, the item is displayed in the session's toolbar or menus.
