Copy and Rename 4GL Components Set (ttadv5500m100)
Use this session to specify and maintain the data for a rename set, which is used to copy and rename 4GL-components from a source package to (a) target package(s).
The names on the tabs refer to these sessions:
- Modules
- Refers to the Rename Set Modules (ttadv5501m000) session where you can specify the source and target package(s) and module(s) for the rename set.
- Components
- Refers to the Component Rename List (ttadv5505m000) session where you can generate and specify a list of source and target components for the rename set.
- Rename Scope
- Refers to the Rename Scope (ttadv5506m100) session where you can specify the scope (boundaries) within which the rename action must be performed.
- To-do List
- Refers to the To-do List (ttadv5506m000) session where you can retrieve, based on the rename list and rename scope, the list of components impacted by the rename process, as well as initiate the rename process.
On the menu, you can click to select all components types at once.

- Rename Set
- The name of the rename set.
- Description
- The description of the rename set.
- User
- The user who created the rename set.
- Package Combination
- The package combination. By default, the current package combination is used.
- Revision Text
- Used to specify text for the rename set.

Allowed values
- Initial
- The rename set is created, but no to-do list is generated yet.
- Ready To Process
- The required data is available to start the rename action.
- Processing
- The rename action is in progress.
- Succeeded
- The rename action was performed successfully.
- Failed
- The rename action was not performed successfully.
- Skipped
- The copy or rename action was skipped for the component.
- Completed with Failures
- The rename action was performed successfully, but some failures occurred.
