Standard Options (ttadv4171s000)
Use this session to maintain the standard commands that are available in Tools.
The standard commands are available to the user:
- In the menus in overview sessions
- On the toolbar in overview sessions
- As buttons in details sessions
The standard commands are grouped by a menu-bar group (option group). The menu-bar groups are defined in the Menu Bar Groups (ttadv4176m000) session.
Field Information
- Language

The language for which the standard command option is defined.
- Command Type

The type of command options that you can maintain.
- Command Number

Enter a unique number that identifies the command within the option type.
- Command Code

The command's code. You can use this code in program scripts, for example choice.user.0:
- Tooltip

Enter the language-dependent description of the standard command.
If a user points the mouse to a button on the toolbar, Tools displays the description.
- Character

Enter the shortcut key or key combination that the user can enter to activate the command. This key (combination) must be unique for the specified language.
Note: Specify a control option by using the accent circumflex [^] sign followed by a character between A and Z. - Shortcut

The description of the shortcut key or key combination that activates the command. If a user points the mouse to a menu command or a toolbar button, Tools displays this description as follows:
- In the message area at the bottom of the screen, behind the description of the command itself.
- Behind the description of the command itself on the menu.
- Option Group

Enter the number that identifies the menu bar group to which the command belongs.
- Serial Number

The sequence number in the menu-bar group.
