Form Command Authorizations (ttadv3519m000)

Use this session to customize form command authorizations.

You do not have to copy the involved sessions or forms to the customization VRC. Your changes are retained when solutions are installed that override the sessions or forms for which you customized the form command authorizations.

Customizing the authorization for a form command

To customize the authorization for a form command:

  1. Select the form to which the command belongs.
  2. Select the form command in the grid.
  3. On the appropriate menu, select Customize Form Command Authorization to display a dialog box.

  4. In the Customized Authorization Group field, specify the new authorization group.

  5. Click OK. The new authorization group is displayed in the grid.
  6. Click Save. The form is compiled automatically.
Note: To restore the original authorization that was set by Infor for a command, click Factory Setting in the dialog box.

Authorization Group

The form command's original Authorization Group.

If the form command authorization is not customized, the original authorization group applies.

Customized form command authorizations

This check box indicates whether the form command's authorization group is customized. The check box is automatically selected when you customize the authorization.

Authorization Group

The form command's new Authorization Group.

If this field is filled, the original authorization group does not apply anymore. If this field is empty, the original authorization group still applies.

You specify the new authorization group in a popup dialog. See Customizing the authorization for a form command.
