Enable Reports for RPT Design (ttadv3241m000)
Use this session to convert a range of 4GL reports to XML report designs. In this way, you can create reports that are Report Viewer enabled. You can enhance the report design in the LN Reporting Studio.

Select one of the following options from the list:

Only reports in new VRC
LN converts only reports in the selected VRC.
Example: You specify to convert the reports of VRC td B61O a cust. LN only converts the reports in td B61O a cust to report designs in td B61O a cust.

Function/label in new VRC
LN converts the following reports to XML report designs in the selected VRC:
- Reports in the selected VRC.
- Reports of previous VRCs, which contain labels and/or includes (functions) that have been changed in the selected VRC. See the following example.
Example:
The td B61O a cust VRC is derived from td B61U a stnd, which is derived from td B61 a. The report tdsls421101000 in VRC td B61 a has a label XXXX that is changed in td B61O a cust.
You specify to convert the reports of VRC td B61O a cust. LN converts the tdsls421101000 report in td B61 a to an XML report design in td B61O a cust.

All reports
LN converts all reports of the previous VRCs, even if labels and includes (functions) are not changed.
Use this option when the data type of a domain has changed. The data type of a domain is also converted into the XML report design. When the data type of domain changes in a new VRC, you must convert all reports (also those of previous VRCs) as well.

If this check box is selected, the reports in the VRC's that are derived to the level of the VRC filled in the VRC Depth fields are converted as well.
