Query Data (ttadv3180s000)

Use this session to define and maintain query data details.

Note: You can click Text to add Help and/or technical documentation to the query.

Field Information

Query

The query code.

Use a code that clearly identifies the query. The code can only contain alphanumeric characters and the underscore or period.

Owner

The owner of the query.

If you do not define an owner, any user can modify the query. It is then a general query. You can also enter your own user name, as recorded in the User field in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session. You are now the only person permitted to maintain the query. All users can run or copy the query.

Description

A description of the query.

Created by

The name of the user who created the query.

Date

The date on which the query was created. If you create a query, the current date is offered as default value.

Output Type

Select the query output type.

Report

The name of the report that is generated if you click Generate Query Report on the appropriate menu in the Query Data (ttadv3580m000) session. If a report exists, Tools displays the name of this report. Each report generated receives the (current) package code, the module code sql, and followed by default, the query code.

Print Options

Select the size of the report to be generated. Report sizes are recorded in the Default Sizes (ttadv3540m000) session.

Columns label

The width of a label. This includes spaces, and is expressed as the number of columns.

Rows label

The height of the label. This includes spaces, and is expressed as the number of lines.

Labels horizontal

Labels can be printed side by side. In this field, you can specify the number of labels to be printed in this way. You must remain within the measures, as selected in the Print Options field.

Help Information

If this check box is selected, Help information is available in this session.

Click text to add Help to the query.

Tech.Documentation

If this check box is selected, technical documentation is available in this session.

Click text to add technical documentation to the query.

Also descriptions

If this check box is selected, field descriptions are printed before the data.
