Field Information

Package

The code and the description of the package.

VRC

The version, release and customer of the VRC.

Report Table

Table

The table number of the main table. The combination of the package code, the module code, and the table number identifies a table.

Table fields

You can use this option to indicate which fields of the main table must be printed on the report.

• Use all table fields

  If you choose this option, then all table fields of the main table are printed on the report.

• Select table fields

  If you choose this option, then you can select the fields, that you want to print on the report.

  In that case you must click the Select Fields button to start the Select Report Fields (ttadv3130s200) session.

Report Attributes

Report Code

The identification code of the report. A report is uniquely identified by the combination of package code, module code and report identifier.

Report Size

You must select a report size from the Default Sizes (ttadv3540m000) session.

Report Type

Use this option to specify the report type.

You can choose one of three options:

• Type 1

  A type 1 report is called a single occurrence report.

  If you choose this report type, then the fields on the report are printed vertically.

  You can use this report type if a lot of fields, that does not fit horizontally on a report, must be printed

• Type 2

  A type 2 report is called a multi occurrence report.

  If you choose this report type, then the fields on the report are printed horizontally.

• Type 3

  A type 3 report is called a multi occurrence report with a group layout.

  If you choose this report type, then the fields on the report are printed horizontally.

  In addition you can print group headers and group totals.

Use Index

Use this option to specify the number of the index.

The index is used to print the report in the order according to the key fields specified in the index.

No. of view fields in before field - new page on

This field is only applicable for type 3 reports.

The number of group fields which must be printed on a new page. If one of these fields changes, a page break is forced.

The total number of group fields must be less than the total number of key fields.

This field is only applicable for type 3 reports.

The number of group fields which must be printed on a new page.

The total number of group fields must be less than the total number of key fields.
