Additional File (ttadv2170s000)
Use this session to insert new additional files, or change the properties of existing files.
- From LN Tools 7.4a on, additional files are stored in a specific package, module, and package VRC, which are displayed in the current session. If you want to import the file to another package VRC, you must change your current package VRC first. You can change your package VRC through the appropriate menu of the Additional Files (ttadv2570m000) overview session. Only the module can be selected in the current session.
- When you insert a new record, you either create a new empty file of the specified type, or add an existing file. Refer to the help on the Editable check box for more information.
- To insert a whole range of additional files, use the Import Additional Files (ttadv2270m000) session, which you can zoom to through the appropriate menu.

If this check box is selected, the file can be viewed or edited.
Note:- When you insert a new record, the file must already be physically present on the system. You can check whether and where files are present, using the Directories of Software Components (ttadv1115m000) session. If the file you want to add is not yet physically present on the system, you must select this check box to indicate that you want to create the file on the system. The session then creates a new empty file, and starts the default editor for this file type. The default editor is set in the Script Management Parameters by User (ttadv0810s000) session, which can be started through the appropriate menu of the Additional Files (ttadv2570m000) overview session.
