Report From

The first report personalization whose fonts must be checked or updated.

Report To

The last report personalization whose fonts must be checked or updated.

Variant From

The first report personalization variant whose fonts must be checked or updated.

One report can have multiple variants of the personalization at the same level.

Variant To

The last report personalization variant whose fonts must be checked or updated.

One report can have multiple variants of the personalization at the same level.

Check Fonts

If this check box is selected, the selected report personalizations are checked for deprecated fonts or for fonts that are not part of the applicable usage category.

If such fonts are not used, no report is printed.

Update Fonts

If this check box is selected, one or more fonts must be replaced in the personalizations of the selected reports.

Source

From the Fonts (ttaad3560m000) session, select the font that must be replaced in the report personalizations.

Target

From the Fonts by Usage Categories (ttaad3562m000) session, select the font that replaces the Source font in the report personalizations.

Save modified personalizations on current user level

If this check box is selected and if fonts are replaced in a report personalization, then the report personalization is copied to a personalization for the current user. After verification of the updated report personalization, it can then be copied to the desired personalization level.

If this check box is cleared, the personalization is not copied, but directly adjusted for the existing level. Consequently, the personalization does not need to be copied to another personalization level.

Note: This check box is available only if the Update Fonts check box is selected.
