Sensitivity Level of Table fields (ttaad3151m000)
Use this session to to assign the sensitivity labels to tables or table fields. This session is only enabled when Sensitivity labeling is enabled via session Maintain Parameters (ttaad0100m000). If Sensitivity labeling is not enabled than a message will appear and this session will be closed.
In session Sensitivity Level of Table fields you can define per company or all companies the sensitivity level per table and/or table field. It is possible to define sensitivity for a table and besides that, also sensitivity for a table field of that same table.
Via the session Print Impacted Components (ttaad3450m000) it is possible to get a list of reports that will get a sensitivity label based on the defined fields. You can access the Print Impacted Components (ttaad3450m000) session via the specific menu item on the menu bar.
The configuration of the Sensitivity Level of Table fields session will be stored in the table ttaad351. This table contains the following five fields.
Actions/Buttons
These options are available:
- Convert to runtime
- Generates a runtime file, $BSE/lib/sensitivity_tables, which contains the configuration of sensitivity labels. The file identifies whether sensitivity labels must be applied. You must restart the Enterprise Server to make the changes effective.
Field Information
- All Companies

Select the All Companies field if you want to activate the Sensitivity Level of Table fields for all the company numbers.
- Company

Specify the Company number for which Sensitivity must be activated
- Table

Click New to specify the table for which Sensitivity must be activated. Select a table from the drop down list.
- All Fields

You can enable or disable the field All Fields.
- Table Field

Specify the table field for which Sensitivity must be activated. Select a field from the drop down list.
- Sensitivity Level

Choose a Sensitivity Level from the drop down list. A sensitivity level with a stricter level will have a higher number than a less strict level.

The description of the sensitivity level.
