BOD Subscriptions (tlesb3100m000)

Use this session to view the BOD subscriptions and configure the priority. The subscriptions are maintained in ION and received from ION. The priority can be configured to give some BODs priority over others. BODs are processed and published in order of priority. The default number is 50. A lower number means a higher priority. BODs with the same priority are published in order of time stamp (oldest first).

Actions menu

Click Refresh Subscriptions to retrieve the subscriptions from ION and update the subscriptions (indicated by the Outbound Active indicator) for all companies for which IMS is active. Use this action if the subscriptions in LN do not match those in ION and the automatic update has failed. This can happen, for example, if LN is in Admin Only mode when the connection point in ION is updated.

Company

The company for which the BOD is published.

Verb

The BOD verb.

Noun

The BOD noun.

Priority

The priority of the BOD for inbound BOD messages. The default number is 50. A lower number means a higher priority. BOD messages are processed in order of priority. BOD messages with the same priority are processed in order of message timestamp (oldest first).

Note: This order is not guaranteed.

Message Queue Priority

The priority of the BOD document in the message queue.

Note: This field is hidden if BOD handling through IMS is disabled or message queues are not used.

Note: The Message Queue framework that processes BOD documents considers only the Message Queue Priority. Therefore, a BOD message with BOD Priority 10, as defined in this session, is handled with the same priority as a BOD message with BOD Priority 1.

Outbound Active

The BOD can be published to ION.

Inbound Supported

Receipt of the BOD by LN is supported.

Outbound Supported

Publication of the BOD to ION is supported.

Process in Sequence

If this check box is selected, the specific BOD is processed sequentially, one at a time. This option prevents multiple BOD messages with the same Noun/Verb from being processed in parallel, which is useful for avoiding locking issues.
