Table Data Authorization Modeler (tldam1600m000)
Use this session to specify a set of modeling rules for an Entity, Role, Company (or all companies) and authorization level. From this session, you can start the Process Modeling Data (tldam1201m000) session.
Field Information
- Role

The specified role must be defined in the Roles (ttams2500s000) session. You can zoom to the Roles (ttams2500s000) session and retrieve a role. It is mandatory to fill this field with data.
- All Companies

If this check box is selected, the definition is done for tables in all companies.
- Company
-
Specify a company number if the All Companies check box is cleared.
You can zoom to the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session to retrieve a company number.
- Entity

You can select these entities:
Allowed values
- Ledger Account
- Dimension
- Transaction Type
- Dimension

This field is only accessible if the entity type is Dimension . Specify a number between 1 and 12.
- Delete/insert/modify/read and other tabs

On these tabs, you can specify the restrictions for the authorization levels. When the model is processed, the authorization levels are taken from these tabs.
