Authorization Indicator

Displays the imported field from tldam1600m000. For example the authorizations of Delete/insert/modify/read.

Copy to Authorization Indicator child tables

Specify to which authorization level the defined Modeler Rules are copied on the child tables. Delete/insert/modify/read

These options are available:

  • Delete/insert/modify/read
  • Insert/modify/read
  • Modify/read
  • Read
  • Not authorized
Delete manually entered Table Data Authorizations for child tables

If this check box is selected, the manually specified restrictions are removed from the child tables to which the new modeler rules are copied.

Operator for joining different Entities on same table

Possible values are "And” and "Or". With this field there can be arranged how Data Authorization statements for different Entities are joined if they act on the same main table.

When Table Data Authorisations are used to restrict permissions that are specified less restrictive on another higher level, this field must be filled with the value “or”. When Table Data Authorizations are used to increase the permission level compared to the permissions defined on a higher level, this field must have the value “And”.

Child Package

These selection fields are for determining to which child tables the entity restrictions must be copied. For example, when certain packages need other authorization levels.
