Document Output Management
You can specify preferences by document type, by distribution channel, and by recipient. For example, to distribute invoices you can distribute one copy through email to one business partner and a paper copy to another business partner.

A digital signature can be added to a DOM Document to authenticate the identity of the sender of the document. The signature also ensures that the content of the document is unchanged.
Two options of digital signature are available:

Documents can only be distributed if they are personally signed by an authorized user.

- Seal

Documents can be signed automatically with a seal, which is linked to the document type.
