Fall back menu
When the user data becomes non accessible and no start menu can be found a Fall back menu is displayed to the user. This menu shows the cause of the problem and the option to contact the system administrator.
When clicking an option in the Fall back menu, the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session starts.
The user receives a Default role and can log on to temporary proceed the work until the issues are solved by the system administrator. The user can use the
menu to specify a session number to work with.To solve this issue, the system administrator must check the user data file of this user. Specify a correct start menu and other information if required and run the convert to runtime process.
