Additional information
To use multiple archive specifications, you must create multiple receiver independent destinations on the Receiver Independent Destinations tab. The condition expression of the receiver independent destination determines which archive specification is used.
Service Users (ttaad2515m000)
You can use the Service Users (ttaad2515m000) session to connect an external user (service user) to an IFS User Identity (GUID) and an LN User.
The service user specified in the Service Users (ttaad2515m000) session is a combination of an LN user not known in IFS and the IFS identity of a dedicated IFS user created for the integration. The name of the service user is not relevant, only the LN user and the IFS user identity are important.
When a document is printed to DOM from an incoming BOD, then the owner of that document
in DOM is the ion_ln
user. The ion_ln
user is not an
IFS user. You can create a service user for the
ion_ln
user and link the ion_ln
user to the
identity of a dedicated IFS user so you can upload the documents from an incoming BOD to
Infor Document Management (IDM). The owner of the document in IDM receives the IFS identity of the used
service user.
