Setting up receiver type User

If you selected User as the receiver type, you must define the email addresses, and indicate whether the document must be (blind) copied to other email addresses.

Complete these steps:

  1. Start the User Document Type Settings (ttrpi2551m100) session.
  2. Add a new record with these properties:
    • Specific Document Type : Yes
    • Specific User : No
    • Document Type : RFQ
  3. Save this record.
  4. Double-click the record you just created.
    The User Document Type Settings (ttrpi2551m000) session is displayed.
  5. Add a new record with these properties:
    • Destination Type : Email
    • From Address Book : Yes

    Ensure that your current user's email address is specified in the address book.

  6. Save this record.
  7. Optionally, double-click the record you just created.
    The User Document Type Destinations (ttrpi2552s000) session is displayed in which you can add extra email addresses for sending (blind) copies of the document.
