Restarting failed documents

Occasionally, document rendering may fail due to a report server outage, or document distribution may be unsuccessful because of a connection issue with the mail server. In such cases, the "Failures Present" indicator will be set to true for the affected document, and any further actions will be blocked.

Once the problem has been resolved, the document status can be reset, allowing the documents to be rendered and/or distributed again. To do this, select a document and choose the Release Failures for Retry action. After this action, the document will be selected automatically by the rendering and distribution process.
