In a multi-tenant cloud installation, start Infor OS Portal.
In a single-tenant cloud or on-premises installation, start Infor Ming.le.

In a multi-tenant cloud installation, log on to the correct tenant
environment.

In a multi-tenant cloud installation, click the icon and select .
In a single-tenant cloud or on-premises installation, click the icon and select .

Select the "LNTransferService" app. The details of the app are
displayed.

Click Download Credentials. The Download
Credentials dialog box is displayed.

Complete one of these steps:
- In a multi-tenant cloud installation, activate the Create Service
Account option and leave the User Name field blank.
- In a single-tenant cloud installation, activate the Create Service
Account option. In the User Name field, specify a service
user. Usually, a user called “cloudprinting” is provisioned by the
Infor Cloud team.
- In an on-premises installation, activate the Create Service Account option. In
the User
Name field, specify a service user. This user is created
and maintained by your administrator.

Click DOWNLOAD.
The credentials are downloaded as .ionapi file to your downloads folder. The file name matches the
app name you specified in the Authorized
Apps page. For example, LNTransferService.ionapi.
