Required information

Obtain this information before you begin the integration:

• The LN logical ID that is used to connect to Infor OS Portal. See the Infor LN UI Administration Guide on docs.infor.com for information about how to set up the logical ID for an LN environment.
• The server details to connect to the LN UI application interface. For example, the LN UI server fully qualified domain name, https port.
• Administrator account information for Infor OS Portal, ION, API Gateway, and IFS.
• Account information to access the Infor Customer Portal and view and download LN KB articles.
