Install ION Enterprise connector

ION Enterprise connector is a software component installed on the customer network. It provides a secure link to Infor Cloud to access on-premises resources through a proxy. These service types are offered:

• ION connections to integrations
• API proxy to on-premises APIs
• Printing services for Document Management
• Database access for Data Fabric ingestion

One to many Enterprise connectors can be installed depending on the proximity of the end application. Separate Enterprise connectors are installed for each tenant.

The Enterprise connector is used in context of this LN configuration to specifically provide access to the LN APIs on premises, from within the MT Cloud environment. It can also be used for exchanging the XML BOD messages.

Install ION Enterprise Connector based on the information in the “Downloading and installing the Enterprise Connector” section in the Infor ION User Guide (Cloud).
