Configure IFS CE

  1. Login to the Infor OS Portal with a user who has at least one of these roles: UserAdmin or IFSApplicationAdmin.
  2. From the Navigation Menu, select OS and then go to Security.
  3. In User Management > Security Administration > General Settings > Account Creation Status, verify that the Create Users in Draft Status check box is selected.
    Note: You must click the Activate Users button in Manage > Users to change the user’s status from Draft to Active. IFS sends out SecurityUserMaster BODs only for activated users.
  4. In Security > Metadata > User Properties, verify that the Required check box is cleared for the LN User and LN User Data Defaults Set.
