Customized form fields

Customized form fields must have a unique identification assigned.

Note: This step is required if your previous version is FP5 or earlier.

To personalize forms, each field on a form must have a unique identification assigned. FP6 comes with all the converted standard forms. Based on the converted standard forms, customized forms must also be converted. For more information, see UUID Conversion Personalization.
