Directory structure

During the migration process the <BSE_TMP>\uni directory and its content is generated. This table shows its content:

Folder Description
\data Contains the individual bdbvalidate and bdbreconfig related data files. Format:

<type>[<company>][<pacc]< source_locale>[_<target locale>].<extension>

<type> c=conversion, h=high ASCII

<extension> in=input file, out=output file, err=error file
\log Contains the central log files of:
  • bdbvalidate (uniValidate.log)
  • bdbreconfig (uniReconfig.log)

All bdbvalidate and bdbreconfig related actions during the Unicode migration process are stored in these files.
\maps Contains the generated code point mapping files.

Format: m< source_locale>[_<target locale>]
\tools Contains the generated Tools company 0 data conversion script.
