Database driver configuration and tuning

The LN MSQL database driver is designed to allow tuning for optimal performance in a variety of configurations.

Several parameters used by the database driver are preset with default values. These values provide an acceptable balance between system performance and memory usage in most situations. Because every environment is different, the default values of these parameters can be modified to achieve more optimal performance.
