Proxy development tools

Development tools for proxy generation must support these specifications:

• SOAP 1.1 (specification found at http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/NOTE-SOAP-20000508/)
• WSDL 1.1 (specification found at http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl)

In addition the SOAP messages that are supported by the Connector for Web Services must use the RPC binding style. This is also defined in the SOAP binding section of the published WSDL files.
