Use this session to create a business function in the Enterprise Modeler Editor.

If this check box is selected, the business function has expired.

If this check box is selected, repository Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business function.

Diagram Status

The description or name of the status.

Owner

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the business function. In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.

Users with Tools Role

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the Tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field, are authorized to modify the business function. In addition, users who have this role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.

You can link Tools roles to a normal user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.

Note: Super users already have Tools roles.
