Attached Files (dmdoc4540m000)
Use this session to list and maintain the attached file. Files are always associated with a document revision.
You can attach files to the revision if you have the specific authorization and if the revision is in In-Design status.

The document ID for which the revisions exist.
- Document Title

The description or name of the code.
- Revision

The revision of the document.
- Library

The library ID.
- Description of the Library

The description or name of the code.
- Type

The document type.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Status

The status of the document revision.
- Secondary Status

Additional status of the document.
Secondary status are customized status, which you can define based on an individual company's needs.
- Area

The location of the file.
- Full Path

The directory on which the file is stored.
- Checked In / Checked Out

The status of the attached file. If the file has the Checked Out status, the file exists in work area, and if the file has the Checked In status, the file exists in the vault area.
If a file is first attached to a document revision, the file is located in a work area and by default, the file has the Checked Out status.

- File Version

The version of the file. A file version is incremented when a file is checked out.
- File Type

The document file type. Click the browse arrow to select a file type from the Document Type - File Type Assignment (dmdoc2550m000) session.
- File Extension

The extensions defined for the file type.
- File Name

The file name for a new record.
- Area

The location of the file.
- Source Version

The source version of the source file from which the file version is derived. When a file is checkout for a revised document revision, the source version appears.

The location of the file as part of the file information.
- Check Out Date

The date and time on which the file is checked out.
- Checked Out By

The name of the user who has checked out the file.
- File Size

The actual size of the file, in the unit of measurement as calculated in bytes.
- Date Modified

The date and time when the file is modified.
