Do not show this message again option disabled

To prevent users from not saving data when they close a session, the Do not show this message again option is disabled for these questions:

• Do you want to save the changes you made? (ttstpq0105)
• Do you want to save the changes you made? (ttstpq0109)

Refresh function for list-detail and tree-detail type of sessions

• The refresh.list.detail.list() function is available now to explicitly refresh the list of list-detail type of sessions.
• The refresh.tree.detail.tree() function is available now to explicitly refresh the tree of tree-detail type of sessions.

Support SVG and PNG image types

• The create.extra.toolbar(…) function now also supports file names with the .svg and .png extensions.

• Image files of type SVG can now be added as additional file (ttadv2570m000) and can be used as image in the Enum Domain Formatting (ttgfd4525m000) session.
