Authorization Workbench - data security navigation

To support data security, two navigation buttons have been added to the Authorization Workbench (ttams4300m000). These buttons are displayed in the upper-left corner of the right pane of the workbench. Click these buttons to start these data security sessions:

Authorized Employees (tcsec1500m000)
AMS Role Permissions (tcsec3100m000)

These data security sessions contain reference options to start the Authorization Workbench (ttams4300m000) with context. You can start the Authorization Workbench (ttams4300m000) for an employee or a permission that is linked to an AMS role.

Note: LN application 10.7 or later is required.

LN user creation using IFS – default database user

In response to the SecurityUserMasterBOD that is sent by IFS, LN creates the requested user and links the defined database user to that user. To configure the database user and the corresponding database, use the User Data Defaults Set (ttaad2111m000) session.
