Expiry Time Debug bshell and Debug and Profile 4GL

An Expiry Time of Start Options is added to the User Start Options for other users and other bshells in the Runtime Debugging of bshell (ttstpbshdebug) session. The same Expiry Time of Start Options is added for the Start Options for Other Bshells in the Debug and Profile 4GL (ttadv1123m000) session. This prevents that tracing and profiling remains active, longer than required.

Note: Porting set 9.3h or later is required.

Debug and Profile 4GL - Debug Workbench - Show MLE values

In the Debug Workbench all values of a multi-language (MLE) field are displayed now in the Variables View and the Hover function.
