DAL based loading method introduced for MLE related data

The method for loading data related to multi language fields, often abbreviated to MLE, has changed.

Based on a technical adjustment, data related to these multi language fields can now also be loaded through the DAL loading method. This loading method was already available for bulk loading.

This change affects the user experience: The loading process only starts if both data files, one data file for table data and a separate data file for MLE-related data, are available.
