従業員 A code that identifies the employee. 名前 The name of the employee. 代理 The deputy of the employee.
注意
The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would be assigned to the employee mentioned in the 従業員 field. Only if the user that you select in this field has the proper roles, the work items that are distributed to this user can be carry out. 部署 The department the employee works for. 郵便住所 The E-mail address of the employee. 電話番号 The phone number of the employee. ファックス番号 The fax number of the employee. 雇用 (%) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee.
注意
The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. 日付 The date when the last changes were made to this session. 時間 The time when the last changes were made to this session. ユーザ The user who made the last changes in this session. ユーザ The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. 代理 The name of the employee's deputy. 雇用日付 The date when the employee started to work for the organization. 最終雇用日付 The date when the employee finished working for the organization.
注意
After this date the employee can no longer be linked to any model item. 非雇用 このチェックボックスがオンの場合、 the employee no longer works for the organization, or is not yet employed. ユーザ 起動メニュー、操作言語、役割 (権限) などのデータが定義されている、LN アプリケーションにログオンする権限を持つ人。
注意
An ERP user can be linked to only one employee. ユーザ The user's full name.

It graphically displays the selected employee and optionally the roles, employee groups, and business processes to which the user is linked. If you do not select an employee, all employees are displayed. 従業員別従業員グループ Starts the 従業員別従業員グループ (tgbrg8161m000) session, which you can use to link one or more employee groups to the selected employee. 従業員別役割 (全バージョン) Starts the 従業員別役割 (全バージョン) (tgbrg8123m000) session, which you can use to link a one or more roles to an employee in any version.
